The fine print, kept small.

Every figure is made specifically for you from your photo. Once you have approved the final digital preview and we have started production, the order is not eligible for refund, return or exchange. Please take your time with the preview — that is exactly what it is there for.

Your standard consumer rights under South African law still apply. If your figure arrives with a manufacturing defect, or is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• The submitted photo appears to depict a person other than you without their consent.
• The request is for a copyrighted or branded character, costume, or likeness we cannot legally reproduce.
• The content is unlawful, hateful, or otherwise something we cannot in good conscience produce.

If we decline before you have paid, no charge is made. If we decline after payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is only requested after you approve the digital preview, and is processed through [PayFast / Yoco].

Turnaround times are estimates based on the day you approve your preview. We ship via a nationwide courier and will share tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
