Your information, in plain language.

Wedding Mini Me (“we”, “us”) is a South African business that produces custom 3D-printed wedding figures. Under POPIA, we are the responsible party for the personal information you share with us. Our appointed Information Officer can be reached at hello@[business].co.za.

• Your name and contact details (email, phone).
• Your shipping address.
• The photos you upload to us for your figure.
• Payment information, which is handled by our payment provider ([PayFast / Yoco]). We do not store your card details.

We use this information only to produce and ship your custom figure, to communicate with you about your order, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Photos you upload are deleted from our systems [X days] after your order ships, unless you explicitly ask us to keep them on file so you can reorder without re-uploading. You can request deletion at any time.

Under POPIA, you may at any time:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your personal information and photos.
• Withdraw consent to processing where consent is the legal basis.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We share information only with the third parties we need to fulfil your order: our payment provider, our courier, and our accounting software. We never sell your information.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by POPIA.
