How long does it take?

Typically [X–X weeks] from the day you approve your digital preview. We'll always share a realistic estimate up front and let you know if anything shifts.

Can I use any photo?

Almost any clear, front-facing photo of the two of you works. The sharper and better-lit the photo, the closer the finished figure will be. If a photo isn't quite right, we'll ask before starting.

What if I don't like the preview?

You'll receive a digital preview before anything is printed. Small tweaks — hair, colours, pose details — are part of the process. If it truly isn't for you, you can walk away before payment.

Can I make changes after I approve the print?

Once you've approved the preview and we've started printing, we can't change the figure. We're strict about this so we can be honest about the price — please take your time with the preview.

What do you do with my photo afterward?

Your photo is deleted from our systems [X days] after your order ships, unless you ask us to keep it on file for future reorders. See our privacy policy for the details.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

We currently ship within South Africa. For international requests, email us at [hello@business.co.za] and we'll see what we can arrange.
